The Studio is a set up comfortably for two people and a child or one extra adult. There is one double bed and a full size roll-away single bed which ‘guz under’ the double if not in use.

It is an open plan with carpeted sleeping / living area and windows all around to catch the cool sea breeze in summer. There is a self-contained kitchen with fridge, electric cook top and microwave. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a television and space heater. The bathroom is a separate room with large shower, toilet and hand basin.

The kitchen / dinning area is situated next to a large sliding glass door which opens directly onto the north facing deck. Absolutely perfect for viewing the sunset, putting your feet up with a good book, breakfasting alfresco or having a late afternoon drink following a day on the beach or site seeing.

Downstairs you are welcome to park under cover. Pets are welcome by arrangement with the manager and the garage is a good ‘pet’ sleeping area. The BBQ, outdoor setting and grassed area is for your private use as is the clothes line and rear entry to the property.
